Clear Guidance for NHS, Insured and Self-Funding Patients
Professor Flanagan provides consultation and treatment for both NHS and private patients. NHS patients are referred by their GP. Private patients are generally self funding or using medical insurance.
Medical Insurance
Professor Flanagan is covered by most major insurance providers and adheres to the fee structure outlined by those providers.
Should you have an excess on your insurance policy you may be required to pay some of your consultation and treatment costs, please contact either your insurance provider or Professor Flanagan’s team to discuss this further prior to your initial consultation.
Self-Funding Treatment
Each private hospital provides a fixed price cost package for patients who self fund treatment.
In some instances credit can be organised to spread costs over a fixed monthly fee.
Initial Consultation
£220
For self funding patients the initial consultation cost to see Professor Flanagan is £220.
This does not include additional hospital costs eg investigations such as xrays, scans and blood tests.
